Super Laundry Powder - recipe... PREP: 10mins INGREDIENTS
Grate the bars of soap very fine, either by hand or in your food processor. Crush the Lectric Soda a bit (while it is still in the packet) to break up some of the larger crystals. Mix all ingredients together. That is it. Store the powder in an airtight container and use one tablespoon per load. NOTE: NOTE: Borax is a product that should be handled with care, kept out of reach of children and stored safely. A few people have requested the recipe for this awesome washing powder..... I LOVE IT! I got it from www.savingmum.com.au Look there for other excellent ideas!

With the State of Origin blaring on the TV....I have decided this is the perfect time to update the blog..... so here I am. Here are some pictures of Nick in the UK. While he was there..... I was in Hobart with the munchkins. This was a couple of months ago now. So happy we are together again and even happier with the gifts he brought home!!! We miss Gaga and Grandpa though and our cousin little Minol..... and of course aunty Essie, uncle Minol, uncle Mick and auntyAnnie.

Ollie Bollie
I have been thinking about my little Ollie lately. What a big boy he is becoming... reading books, listening to stories, copying every word, racing to the shoe basket first thing in the morning to put his shoes on, eating lots of yummy fruit, loving cars and loving going for a drive and sitting in bed with the covers on.
I would like to congratulate you Ess on being a better blogger than me! I have had a really busy few weeks. Last year I accepted a small contract. 6 days over 2 weeks. Nick started teaching seminary the same week I did my first week of work.... CRAZY!! It's been really hard changing sleeping patterns and I would definitely not work 3 days ever again.. well until the kids are at school anyway. Last week I was sick and this weekend the kids got sick. I am so glad that mum is here. We are looking forward to spending the week with her!
