I know that Bianca usually updates these blogs but hey who says that Dad can't have a go. No one. I just thought it high time that I say something.
Being a father is all I could anticipate (both ways). But I could never foresee the effect on my spirituality that my Daughter could have on me. Just one look into her bright and innocent eyes makes me want to be a better man. I told Bianca tonight that she deserves a stronger father, someone who she can look up to as an example. And that I will be.
But perhaps only because I have such a strong woman behind me. Bianca is for want of a better word, the legs of my chair. She holds me up at times when I am low. This year has been one of serious pressure and stress on my life, but she has been a rock and a solid foundation.
For that I have to be ever grateful. She is a wonderful wife and mother in Israel, just like her mum.

Moochie loves her flattie! She often picks him up for a cuddle. I wish I had one! Thanks Grandma!
Here is our new shelves. Had to make two trips to ikea to get them home. Gonna get some baskets to put on some of the shelves too.

Nick and I just love this picture! You can see her teeth. Yum Yum.......I think she actually ate some vegies. We are going through a stage at the moment where she will not eat her vegies. she is living on fruit and cereal. We need to encourage her to eat some meat for iron..... so everybody wish me luck!! I think some more teeth are about to come through too.
Pa is using his new camera. Old men are all the same. Dad also spends ages waiting for the right moment to take the perfect picture. I just snap, snap, snap!

Sorry everyone but all the scarlett photos are for the grandparents who miss out on all this. Now that she is mobile she is getting to everything! Found the stairs!
This is the silly bird that sees its reflection in our window and thinks its another bird. It hits the window with its beak and has left all those little marks! We've shooed it away a few times but it just keeps coming back. We're just waiting for it to knock itself out!
