merry christmas!

Scarlett thinks it is Christmas already! Yesterday she was shaking this present and today she ripped the paper off. Luckily it was for her! She hasnt touched any of the other presents under the tree so I think it is the bright colours that she is attracted to. All the others are plain.

For the first time Mooch started pushing the popping car. She walked back and forth until it got stuck and then I had to turn it around. She also took two steps by herself yesterday which was really exciting. Puddy and I witnessed the first steps!....she did it for Nick when he got home too so luckily he did not miss out!

Scarlett and Ashton took turns on the little car, however scarlett was having so much fun she wanted to keep playing! The Kays are moving to Emerald which is a small town north of Brisbane so scarlett wont have many more opportunities to play with Ashton. Boo Hoo....

BIRTHDAY CELEBRATIONS

DAY 1
Friday night we celebrated with the Osbaldiston family. Had a yummy meal and a wheat free chocolate cake which is actually quite yum! I got the black shirt I am wearing from mum OS. We had fun playing with the sparklers too!

Day 2
Saturday night Julia babysitted while Nick and I went out to a nice Indian resturant and a movie. I cant remember the name of the movie but it was the one with Hugh Jackman and magicians.

And finally....
Day 3
The actual birthday day! Nick bought me a few gifts but I will leave it for him to explain. Pud got me those cool parfait glasses. This is my birthday tea!!

This is my new sewing machine! As soon as I got it I had to try it out and finished my advent calender (is that spelt right? Having a blonde moment!) and I also made a christmas stocking for moochie. Gonna put some choc and a scripture in the bags.

Scarlett had been putting clothes on her head. She managed to put my bather bottoms over her head and wore them around her neck! That red thing is a singlet!

Scarlett visited her cousins today. They were decorating their christmas tree. Didn't get a pic sorry! They are having a silver(as you can see below), green and pink tree this year. The girls had a wonderful time playing with the balls! Scarlett just loved the strand of beads......she put them around her neck and enjoyed wearing them for most of the time we were there. Caught Elina crawling....they can chase each other around now!! Pretty good posers today.... Scarlett has started to get a cold so she might look a little out of it though! I've got some great shots of scarlett with my bather bottoms on her head. Forgot to put those pics on the computer so your gonna have to wait...She likes to try and put clothes on...

Scarlett likes to venture out the front door and on to the road if she could! She went for a little walk and she did not want to go back!!! She tried crawling on the pavers but had to do the funny feet and hands crawl with her butt in the air.

Yeah I know, I know.....the tree is up early. Pud got excited about putting it up and we needed somewhere to put the decorations we were making. So this is a Chistmas tree in the process of being decorated. Going for a pastel theme this year. What do you think of our cute little peg fairies?
