Not exactly sure whether this is a grasshopper or something else but it was sitting on our kitchen window one night. It was pretty big and it's stomach was moving. Looked gross ... thought that it maybe pregnant.
Looks like a stick insect. They are huge. I had one on my windscreen a couple of weeks ago, it stayed on the whole drive and when I got out I was worried it would jump on me. I wouldn't want it to. It's a bit scarey!
